We are thrilled to offer our guests amazing shared waterfront access just across the street, including a gazebo, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, dock, and beachfront! It’s a fantastic place to walk the dog, sit by the fire, and have a waterfront dinner under shelter.

The waterfront space is semi-private and shared with our other properties and the boat owners who rent dock space. 

To access, you’ll walk down Wood Street and make a right. Walk down Main Street toward Manset and look for the Gazebo Trail on the left.

• NO CATS. If you have a dog over 40 pounds or multiple dogs, please let us know up front as there may be an additional fee and we need to discuss where they will sleep.

• Please do not allow dogs on bedding or furniture. If you would like to share furniture with your pup, we ask that you please provide your own bedding and furniture covers and take them with you when you depart. Our guests typically want to provide their own dog supplies for the duration of their stay, but we may be able to help with essentials upon request.

• Please do not let dogs roam the property grounds off-leash. Dogs must be leashed when not inside our home. Please, no dogs left unattended in our home. If you must leave your dog unattended, please use a crate.

• Please pick up after your pup on our property (for excessive dog hair, we provide a cordless Dyson for use during your stay) and throughout Acadia National Park. There is a “leave no trace” and a leash law in town and in the park, and the rangers will enforce with tickets and fines.

• ALL GUESTS MUST BE LISTED BY FULL NAME IN THE RESERVATION. This means your reservation roster must be updated if you add/change guests either before or during your trip.
